For over 10 years, we've been living and breathing baseball. From the early days of little league to the intense competition of high-level travel ball and high school baseball, we've experienced it all. Our names are Rhett and Lucas, and we're 17-year-old high school entrepreneurs with a deep passion for the game. Baseball has shaped our lives in countless ways, teaching us the value of hard work, teamwork, and perseverance.

As we progressed through the levels of play, we noticed a significant gap in the market for high-quality baseball bat protection equipment. The available options were often flimsy and unreliable, failing to safeguard our most prized possessions. Frustrated by this, we decided to take matters into our own hands and create a solution that met the high standards we demanded as serious athletes. This led to the birth of Dugout Daddy, our venture dedicated to providing top-tier, durable, and stylish neoprene bat sleeves.

Our journey has been fueled by our firsthand experience and love for the game. We've played at every level, and our dedication has not gone unnoticed—both of us are garnering interest from Division 1 colleges. We know what it takes to protect and organize baseball gear because we've lived it. Our bat sleeves are designed with the needs of players in mind, combining functionality and aesthetics to enhance the overall baseball experience.
